So I got a new blog (thanks Lock Poker) and for the first time in a little over a month i'm finally making a blog post. This is going to be fairly long so brace yourselves...

Lock Poker

Lock Poker is a pretty new skin on the Cake Network. A little over a month ago I came into contact with the founder of this skin and I ended up making a deal with them to become a "pro" for their site. I thought this would work out nicely since I'd always heard how soft the Cake network games are and I figured this would be a good chance for me to give it a go. I've been playing on there for the last month or so and it has been going pretty well:

It took me 2-3 days to get used to the software but now I am able to 16 table pretty seamlessly. The support has been absolutely awesome and I feel like my money is a lot safer here then on FTP. The only issue I had is with depositing, which me and a few of my friends had trouble with. I would definitely recommend playing on Lock if any of you want to try out the cake network, just message me and I can set you up with an account and help you with a $ transfer if need be.

Cardrunners

I decided to also sign a deal with CR to make SSNL videos for them at 6 max and FR. I think I can provide some pretty good content for subscribers and I think this would open a lot of new opportunities for me in regards to coaching and also promoting Lock Poker. A few of my friends had made videos for them in the past and I never thought it was something I would get into but with the situation I am in now it made sense. My first series is going to be a 3 parter of me playing 100nl FR on FTP and the first part will be coming out this Tuesday so check it out. I think I did pretty well for my first time, and I should get better as I get feedback and more experience.

Coaching

Now that i've gotten through all of the people who replied/PM'd me from my original 2p2 coaching post, I am ready to take on new students. I am also now coaching 200nl, for more details check out my coaching page. Once I get back from Vegas on July 10th (or hopefully later with a deep run in the Main Event) I'll start going through all the messages I get and setting up the dates. I think i'm also going to make a section for reviews from my students, I think i've done a really good job with the ones i've had so far and a lot of them are doing well at their respective stakes.

Other Stuff

I am headed to Vegas on Monday and am really excited about that. I get there at 10:45 PM and I have to wake up early the next day for the 5k 6max WSOP event so I don't think i'll be drinking too much that night. I'm basically on a freeroll for MTTs in Vegas after getting 3rd for 18.3k in the UB 200k last Sunday. In addition to the 5k and the Main, I think I will probably play a Venetian 1k deep stack event and some 2/5 or 5/10 cash to get used to playing live again. Should be good times and I'll try to keep my blog updated with how i'm doing. I'll go ahead and wrap this up now, if any of you are in LV and want to grab a beer shoot me a message
